I’m a sucker for teas. I love having a cuppa in the evenings while I wind down the day. I put a drop of Peppermint in a glass of hot water and voilà my peppermint tea is ready. The great thing is that peppermint aids the digestive system, so it’s wonderful to have at the end of the day. If my nose is feeling a little stuffed, I would inhale the vapors at the same time and it clears my nose right through.
Fun fact: 1 drop of Peppermint is equivalent to 29 peppermint tea bags. Trust me, once you try it you will never look at a tea bag the same again.
Tranquil is one of my favorite night time blends. I apply it on my wrist, neck and inhale just before bed and I am out like a light. The smell is so calming that I’ve been having some of my best sleeps using it.
Diffusing Lavender or Peace & Calming in the bedroom is a wonderful way to ease myself into snoozy land.
Speaking of snoozy land, I think it’s time for me to get my Tranquil and count my Z’s!
